Electronic Communications & SMS Disclosure

By creating an account and accepting the Terms of Service, you consent to receive account, transactional and legally required notices electronically, including by email to the address on your account and, where displayed in the Platform, by on-screen notice. Where permitted, an electronic notice satisfies any requirement that a notice be in writing.

Where you provide a mobile phone number and request a verification code, you consent to receive a one-time transactional security code from Pacific Luxe Stays at the mobile number provided. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You may separately choose to receive recurring transactional SMS about bookings, reservations, account activity, and host or guest notifications. Message frequency varies. That consent is optional, is not a condition of booking or purchase, and is separate from verification-code consent. You may withdraw it in your profile or by replying STOP. You may also contact support@pacificluxestays.com for help.

Marketing email or SMS, where offered, requires separate optional consent and can be withdrawn at any time without affecting your ability to book or host.

Where the Platform asks you to check a box, or to check boxes and type your full legal name, you agree that your action is an electronic signature and has the same effect as a handwritten signature to the extent permitted by applicable law, including the federal E-SIGN Act and California law.

You may withdraw consent to receive electronic notices by contacting legal@pacificluxestays.com, or by mail to Pacific Luxe Stays, 1551 Kenneth Drive, Santa Ana, CA 92705, but because the Platform operates online, withdrawing consent may mean you can no longer use some or all features. You may request a copy of an agreement you accepted at any time; your acceptance history is also available in your account.

You are responsible for keeping your email address and phone number accurate so that we can deliver required notices.
