What we collect

When you create an account, we store your name and email address. We may also collect your phone number when you provide it for account or host verification, along with optional profile information such as an avatar and short bio. When you send an inquiry we store the trip details and message so the host can reply. Hosts additionally provide listing details and photographs.

SMS & phone verification

When you provide a mobile phone number and request verification, Pacific Luxe Stays may send you SMS messages containing one-time verification codes for account verification and security purposes. You may separately opt in to transactional booking, reservation, account, and host or guest notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Optional recurring SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

SMS messages are transactional and are not used for marketing or promotional purposes. Pacific Luxe Stays does not sell, rent, or share mobile information or SMS opt-in consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

You may choose not to provide a phone number unless phone verification is required for a particular feature. For assistance regarding SMS verification, users can contact Pacific Luxe Stays through the support options available on the website.

How we use it

Your information is used to operate the marketplace: showing listings, passing inquiries to the right host, supporting your stay, and preventing abuse. We do not sell personal information.

Who can see what

Public listing pages show the home, the city, and the host's public profile. Contact details you submit in an inquiry are visible only to that listing's host. Your phone number is never shown publicly.

Photographs

Listing images are stored in private cloud storage and served through short-lived signed links, so they cannot be enumerated by third parties.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your profile and listings at any time from your dashboard. To request full deletion of your account and associated data, contact our support team from Messages or email support@pacificluxestays.com.
