The marketplace
OC Luxe Stays connects guests with independent hosts who own or manage short-term rentals in Orange County. Each stay is an agreement between the guest and that host; we facilitate discovery, communication, and support.
Guest responsibilities
Provide accurate trip details, respect the stated occupancy limit and house rules, and treat each home as you would your own. Damage caused during a stay is your responsibility.
Host responsibilities
Listings must describe the home accurately, use photographs of that home, comply with local short-term-rental rules and permits, and honour confirmed stays.
Inquiries and bookings
Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a home and does not create a charge. A stay is only confirmed once the host accepts it and any required payment is completed.
Content
Hosts keep ownership of their listing content and grant us a licence to display it on the marketplace and in related marketing. We may remove content that is inaccurate, unlawful, or abusive.
